How to use mix 4??

How can I use Line Out 4 as a monitor mix?  I can use number 3 as a monitor mix with the presonus software. But mix 4 can only be panned. It does not behave an aux output, like line out 3

You can see here. Chanels from 3 to DAW 4 have the 4 mix used, but all panned

The 3/4 output is stereo linked and can not be used as two independent mixes.
