I was working with all functions normal of faderport. Am using protools 10.3. No change in any hardware setup of version. One day Faderport started not receiving sigbal which means not valid on protools as receive from option in HUI selection. Buy stiil valid as send to option. I can validate that as my action on protools is sern on faderport but doesnt receive my input to faderport.
Ine thing that I noticed, there was an electricity cut before this mulfunction happened and the power adaptor was on the unit. So I suspect that something is damaged pyhsically in the unit.
ı will need technical information how I can proceed.
