Studio One was not designed to be a mixer for Windows audio. You would need to find a 3rd party application that will route all your system audio into Studio One as an input device. I'm not sure what that software would be, you'd have to research it.
This question would qualify as a feature request, moving to Studio One 3 feature request area.
