Question

i bought a studio one 3 artist ver and tried to activate it. but when i put my key, it tell me that my key has been used.

like this.. 

please... i really wanna use this..

When this occurs you should check your my.presonus.com account to see if you've already registered your product key.

In your case, you have actually already registered. You can not register a key multiple times.

Instead of trying to re-register you should go to the Studio One drop down menu and select Studio One activation. Follow the instructions there.

I have the same problem few years later seems its always the same probleme with this daw ! I am a new customer i changed to studio one to avoid problems cause I heard they were great in custom care but it doenst seem too.. I still have no answer from them !
