Question

Hi!, I just got the AUDIOBOX USB, the two channels one, and i noticed that it only works when its connected at boot, if for some reaseon i unplug it and plug in it again, my computer wont detect it, not even the UNIVERSAL CONTROL, if i put my computer on sleep, the same happens

There are a number of reasons this could be happening but the first thing you want to check is the port the device is connected to.

Make sure to try other USB ports on the computer. Some ports will outperform others when it comes to bus powered devices (like the AudioBox USB).

In fact, I've used a couple of HP Envy laptops and found that the ports on the right side are just bunk. They work for some devices but for many bus powered devices the ports are just totally unreliable.

If you're using ports on the right side of the computer, try ports on the right. You can also try a USB hub (powered or unpowered).
