Question

I use studio 192 with mac mini for  A few months.

 And  A few days ago  it's simple rate changed to 192 and  cannot be changed to

 Any other sample rate

I use mac mini with osx 10.12.1

Also I got some error tring to  upgrade to 10.12.2

Are you recording in Logic? I found that I had to using the Audio MIDI Setup utility to adjust the sampling rate when I upgraded from osx. This was helpful: http://answers.presonus.com/2489/how-can-use-logic-with-studio-192-sample-rate-higher-than-48khz
