Ok, I am running an Acer Aspire ZC-700G, I am running Windows 10 on a 64 bit operating system. 4Gb installed RAM. I noticed once I cut on my AudioBox USB Black Edition preamp, I loud popping and clicking noise occur,. When I cut it off it stops. I record in Cubase 8. When I record vocals the cracking noise continue, and even when I playback the sounds are recorded in the recording. I can pull up FL Studio 12 and it also does it there and when I play songs in my iTunes library. I tried adjusting latency and it works but after a matter of time it starts again. Im not sure if im setting the controls correct or not. Please Help!!

Ensure that your computer is fully up to date with all Windows Updates and go to your computer's website to download and install any system specific drivers.

Ensure you have installed the most current device drivers.

Try different USB cables and or connections on your computer.

Test your AudioBox with another computer.

If you have the same issue regardless of drivers, cables, connections or computers, then your AudioBox may be faulty.
