Question

hi, I have a high pitch tone (noise) on my ar16 usb , on channel usb (st 17/18), and only  when i am using  studio one v3 is running .   No noise when other apps are using sound and studio one is not running.  what should i do?

mac pro (5,1) running 10.9.1

Studio live 3.3.4 Build 41933

connected to Studiolive AR16 USB

mfg date C011702

i compared the tone to a tone generator and its at around 13500 hertz

Installing the OSX 10.9.5 Combo Update may help - https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1760?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

Test connecting with a different USB cable no longer than 5ft. Test all available USB ports.

Ensure you have the latest version of Studio One installed.

If the issue persists, create a support ticket from your my.presonus account.

Attach your computers system profile to the ticket -
