Question

I got audio box usb in December it came with the studio one as it say in august it said it was a demo and need to get a new product key. After 7 months I didn't know where it was to retype it. Any feedback?

Sorry to hear about the recent issues you have been experiencing.

I checked your account, you do have the full version of Studio One 3 Artist in your account. This is what came with your AudioBox.

Also, use this guide to activate Studio One. You will not have to re-enter your license key, it is already registered.  However, it does show you already activated Studio One 3 Artist on your computer.
