Question

im using a audiobox itwo and a m7 microphone (im a beginner) and i can hear myself only in one headphone i saw some tutorials but i couldnt fix my problem

If you have a stereo input setup for the track that you are recording into, and you are using one microphone plugged into an XLR port on the front of your i2, that could be the issue.  Switch the track to a mono input and you should hear audio from both sides with your headphones.
