Thank you for the answer, one last question  if I'll build custom built pc and the specs are Asus Prime for the motherboard, 8 gigabit of ram, SSD 512GB, and Asus Xonar for the sound card, running in Windows 10 pro 64bit. Is this enough to run Studio one 3 smoothly?

the chosen soundcard is designed for watching movies, not recording. be sure that you'll get something with xlr/trs combo jacks (two minimum).

and the thing you didn't mention is the cpu. daws can sometimes benefit from a faster one, especially if you want virtual instruments or other heavy processing.
