Question

Can I use Studio One to record my guitar and also capture a video of my playing?  I have a MacBook Pro and the AudioBox iTwo.  Not looking for anything fancy on the video side.  Just want a video of my playing to accompany the audio.  There are many such videos on YouTube.  Want to do same for lessons.

Perhaps I can begin to answer my own question.  Presumably I would use Studio One for the audio.  But then also launch something like iMovie or the Apple Camera app for the video.  Then, when finished, I somehow merge the two (in Studio One?) into a single video file.  I guess they would sync based on time stamps in their respective files.  Seems a bit clunky having to start and stop 2 different apps.  

But am I on the right track?  Thanks
