Audio/Video Issues on Newly Built Computer

Really hoping someone can help me with this one. I've seen a few similar posts, and I've tried the few "remedies" posted, but those aren't working for me.

So, I built a new desktop recently..-MSI MPG X570 Board / Corsair RM 550X Power Supply / Ryzen 3 2nd Gen Processor w/ Radeon Graphics / Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 16GB 3600Hz Memory / WD Blue SSD 500GB.

Now, I don't claim to have massive amounts of computer technical knowledge. I asked an ex co-worker, who was big into building computers, if he would make me a list of parts to buy, so that I could build a nice mid range desktop computer to do mainly music production, but also able to handle playing videos (Youtube, Udemy Courses, backing tracks, etc). The above is the list that he sent me, so I bought everything and built it.

I practice a lot of guitar, so I like to jam to backing tracks on Youtube, or take courses on Udemy, all while using BIAS FX Elite in my Studio One 4 for my effects. For the past month or so, whenever I have Studio One 4 open and I'm on another tab watching a video, the video will all the sudden just stop. No matter how many times I refresh it, or X out and come back in. I have to completely go out of everything, reset my computer, and then it'll be fine for about another 20 minutes. Then, it stops playing again. My Studio One 4 works fine, but it won't let anything else play for more than 15-20 minutes and then I have to completely reset my whole computer. Super pain in my @ss. While the videos are stopped, it sounds like my computer is "working" or "running" harder than usual. I've made sure that the rates match between Windows 10 and Studio One, I've tried adjusting the power settings, I've made sure my WiFi signal isn't the issue, I've released access to other videos, etc etc etc..

So, my thoughts..I'm using a Tascam iXr interface to run two KRK Rokit 6's. Again, my computer knowledge is novice. From what I've read, the Tascam iXR is my acting "SoundCard", right? Could that be the problem? Do I need to install an actual Sound Card in my computer, on top of using the Tascam? Is the Tascam sh!t? Are my settings wrong? Is my "build" not strong enough? What can I do to fix this issue, and to make sure that I have a strong computer that will handle all of this? Or, is it even my computer that is the issue?? My buddy acted like this build would be plenty for what I needed. I thought it was weird that he didn't include a really nice sound card in his list, especially since I was using it specifically for music. It's really disappointing that I spent this money, thinking that I was really building something pretty awesome, when...maaaaybe that's not the case if it can't even play a **** video while I'm using my production software! If there's something I can buy, download, change, adjust, or whatever to fix this, I'll gladly do it.

I'm hoping that this is just a simple fix, but if it is, it's beyond what I can figure out so far. I'm a musician, not a computer guy. If you guys could send some info my way about this, I would be SUPER GRATEFUL!! Thanks in advance!
