I just purchased and set up a FaderPort 8 with a Mac Pro tower running El Cap and Pro Tools 12
It really seems to be not working right. I can't get the master knob to engage. I've been following instructions but there are so many quirks. Seems like things are just not working right. It's difficult to work between the keyboard and the Fader Port 8. It tends to latch on and you can use your mouse or keyboard until you release the FP8.
But, one thing at a time.
How can I get the FP8 to use the jog wheel for the master fader? I can get it to show up in the channel list if I bank right all the way. Otherwise. No response.
Anyone else on this issue?
