Is it possible to extract the chords from the Chorder after i recorded it (with one note)?

Hi,

If by extract you mean to convert the chords you hear playing into midi notes, yes.  Right click the midi clip and Instrument Parts > Render Instrument Tracks to convert the Chorder result to midi notes.
