Question

Hi, hope someone can help.

For some reason the mixing desk is being really weird, basically what is happening is I have all the preferences selected to the firestudio option however, im only getting sound out of spotify and I dont know why?

I can get mic inputs into logic but the sound isnt being outputted and nothing is happening with chrome and safari.

Please help,

Hello,

Go to your Mac OS X Audio MIDI settings and set your Presonus product as the default sound input and sound output.

Also, make sure you have registered your Presonus products to your My.Presonus.com account this is required for support.

If the issue remains, please create a ticket to technical support.
