Audiobox itwo studio is recognised in the Presonus Studio One 3 software.

I downloaded the software from 'my account' from the web-site and then plugged the audio box in to the computer. When I launched the software it gives an error  saying failed to open audiobox speakers, failed to open line (2 Presonus Audiobox iTwo) and that audio recording is disabled. I don't know what to do so if you can help? I did have the free version of the software to start with but it looked as if this was upgraded with the download from the web-site. I'm quite new to using this type of software and it is highly frustrating.

  1. If the above guide does not resolve your issue, the driver may need to be uninstalled and reinstalled properly. Below are instructions for how to do this:
