I´m from Asunción, Paraguay. About 2 months ago I bought a Presonus AudioBox iTwo Kit through Amazon and it turns out that these days when I connect the device to my 64-bit windows 10 optic system, it recognizes the hardware but emits a noise sound and when I want to play some music or recordings It sounds in the background and there is a lot of interference, I would like to know why this happens, I already started on another computer and the same thing happens, how could I solve it? since I'm with some recordings pending in my studio and as well as this interface I can not work.
