Question

Using AKAI MPK mini, any MIDI signals are recorded too late (some half a second).

I see the signal coming in in real time, but I hear it with an offset. The recorded signal is also at the later point, thus off beat.

Anyone else having this this problem, or even having solved it?

If midi singals arrive in real time and the audio output is delayed check the buffer size of your audio interface. Read a bit about audio latency which comes with high buffer size:
