Question

I try to fix with delete windows credential..etc , but the error still happen,
For more info, i'm  using win10, and this is first time i use Presonus Studio one (itwo) and im so excited to try this Itwo,
So please help me with that issues. Thanks

Hi,

I had the same issue than you, and resolved it this morning. I realised I was automatically logged with the wrong email adresss ( a former one, which I used to try Studio One Pro). So I typed the same email adress with the one i'm using on my presonus account.

Make sure you are connected with the right email adress, then you can load the key they ask to activate your product. Make sure you license is indeed there in your presonus account 'My Products'.
