Impact XT: Copy/Paste Pads + Pads switching places

Hi,

a simple copy/ paste Pad would change the entire Impact XT experience.

Add to that the NI thing - dragging a pad on top of another makes them switch places - And I wouldn't be able to blame my writer's block on Presonus ever again!
