for example, 4 guitars will be connected to the audio mixer then audio mixer will be connect to a audio interface ( presonus itwo) the. audio interface connected to the pc  and audio interface will have an output for the monitors but what if i have headphone amplifier 8 channel and faderport 8 channel

Which comes first to be connect and which comes after i just need to know how to connect each of the items perfectly? And what do i really need to do
