Faderport 8 Problem is faders are not working

My Faderport 8's faders are not working. I did firmware update which is v3.2.1 but it freezed and I closed it and set my faderport default settings and tried again to update firmware. It seen on Studio One 4 and working but faders are not moving automatically and do not respond when I'm moving them on Studio One mixer. I've tried a lot time that uninstall UC and install again, update again, rebooting PC again but still faders doesn't work.
