Question

No doubt I love studio one but this is the first ever issue i ever had. maybe i am doing something wrong or may be this is a bug. No one is able to help me even presonus.

I noticed in the pic you have the console shaper on the master bus. The console shaper can allow cross bleed between channels. Temporary turn it off and see if the problem goes away. I ran into the same issue a few days back. Drove me nuts until I discovered this.
