I bought the AudioBox from Guitar Center in Gainesville FL February 9, 2016. I opened the box yesterday, 11/3/2019. There is no disc to load the Studio One software. I tried to download, and it needed 20 to 28 numbers/letters. The Audio Box only has 10 numbers/letters. I called Guitar Center and they said to try to go on-line with the ticket number 7860089237 from 2016. That doesn't work. How can I down load the software to make the Audio Box work. I have a PC that is very fast with lots of memory. I am a published write with over 500 pieces in print, but I have been using my Fostex 16 track VF160EX to make "recreational" (not for profit - like my published music) music for fun. That's the reason I bought the PreSonus Audio Box in 2016, but now I can't get it to work because I can't download the software.
Please advise. I'm anxious to get this working so I can switch from the Fostex to doing my studio recordings at my PC. Guitar Center manager, said to contact support today, and if it didn't work, he would call and see if it can get worked out.
