I have been trying to get audio out of  the StudioLive 32, in Pro Tools DAW mode. I have read various previous similar queries and answers, and watched videos, but none seem to solve my problem.

How do I set my i/o for this in ProTools?  I know the console input channel Tape In,  routed  through channels 37 and 38. But I have not managed to get the sound out. I have tried setting Channels 1 and 2 to 37 and 38, and vice versa, but still no audio.

I will appreciate assistance please.

You have read the "StudioLive_Series_III_HUI_DAW_Control_Addendum_EN_25032019"? Have a look on the download page of your mixer: https://www.presonus.com/products/StudioLive-32S/downloads.

Thanks @Wahlerstudios. Yes I have read the manuals and have duly followed the instructions.  The console is well connected as a control surface. However, there is no sound.  I think the issue is more with Pro Tools internal settings, because Logic and StudioOne work fine and there is audio.

Sorry, I'm no specialist for Pro Tools and there seem not to be too many users around working with Pro Tools. I found this one in the Forum: "Pro Tools has a 32 track count limit if you are not using Avid HD hardware. Outputs 33 and 34 will show up in the I/O Setup page but you cannot use them" (https://forums.presonus.com/viewtopic.php?f=222&t=12567&p=181921&hilit=pro+tools#p181921). Other combinations might be USB 17+18 and 33+34, but obviously not 37+38 and 39+40.
