AudioBox USB96 error

My AudioBox uses too much CPU and it keeps on disconnecting.

I am using CPU AMD RYZEN 3 2200G and use internal graphic card.

When I test with my intel laptop it worked.

Should I have to change my CPU or other hardwares?
