My computer sees the software but can't hear any voice.

Hello,

I just downloaded the software. The software sees the MIDI keyboard but I cannot hear any voice. Could you please help me about how to connect them properly?

I bought Studio One  and installed it . Still the internal sounds didn't install. So I hear nothing. A window shows the installation of sound sets failed!

How can I install the sound sets in Studio One
