I have an issue with my mixer studiolive32, I cannot update my mixer with the latest firmware? help please.

The firmware of my mixer Studiolive 32 is 1.0.11489 I want to update to the latest firmware. Nevertheless every time I'm trying to do it with the UC (Universal Control) the update fails and I do not know the reason. I already try to update the mixer with the sdCard with no result as well. The fail message that we have on the screen is following: "Unable to copie the firmware into the device".

Can you please help me out. Looking forward for your answer have a great day.

Updated to firmware v1.9 and then up to the latest.
