Add on installations not working after joining sphere

Every time I try to install an add-on or instrument, I get the following error message:

Some items failed to activate.

Channel Strip Collection - Product not owned by customer.

I paid for an annual membership to sphere.  How do I activate????????

You'll need to re-activate any installed add-ons you have installed with the Sphere licenses which is independent of any previous perpetual license already acquired.

same over here... bin at it for an hour.. cant get it to work.. keeps saying I dont own **** haha.  I give it tomorrow another chance..

have also taken an annual license on Sphere ...
had updated a month ago to Studio One 5 pro ...
and now we have this formula stupid of mine ...
I downloaded the Audio Batch Converter from Sphere and installed it but at startup "Thank you for your puchase. Your purchased items are ready to be activated on this computer ...
After activate I get the message "Product not owned by cutomer"
You are asked to select a license, but downloading the plugin is not given a license
Should I go back to previous license from Studio One for the Sphere account or what ???...
(sorry for my english language i use google translate)

Copied this post from tech suppoortfrom another thread here in the forums.

"You need to re-activate your installation of Studio One 5 with the Sphere License. 

Go to Studio One drop down menu

Select Studio One Activation

Click where it says "Activate With Sphere"

Click Green Activate Button.

Restart Studio One. 

PreSonus Hub and any add-ons will select the Sphere License to activate."

This fixed the issue for me! Thanks!
