Question

My AR22 mixer has a "cycling" hum when the USB button is engaged, and the main volume is turned up. When I pull the fader down to no volume, it goes away. When the USB button is disengaged it goes away.

My DAW, Studio One 5, will not recognize the AR22 option, and not connect- when it had just yesterday. I have it on clean power and I have sustained no power surges.

I have a video that I can send to anyone who responds.

I am also calling support tomorrow.

Dead in the water for recording, so any help is outstanding!
