Problem with sphere account and paypal

Goodnight. I had problems with my account. Presonus did not charge me with paypal. On the website,  my account says active, but when trying to access studio one it tells me that the account does not have an associated license. I have money, how can I pay, or retry to pay with PayPal? Thank you.

i have the same problem...today i paid it twice and my account does not work! do you find a solution?

I removed my sphere account, complete erased, then i canceled the paypal month payment in paypal account. created a new account with the same email and now works.

Hello.

I have had the same problem.

I have found a solution.

First i have erased my Presonus Accout. But it isnt nessesary (hope this word is correct :o) ).

You must only iif you for example life in germany... use a other country on the drop down menu.

Than chose the your correct Country in Your dropdown menu.

Now you can push the paypal button.

It works for me.

I deleted/erased my account like you said, made a new one and now my Products/Software (Studio One 6 Artist) ist all deleted.

I can't register my AudioBox iTwo again, it says "product is always registered".

And i still can't choose Paypal just credit card.
