Hi..

    I have a Studio One 5.1 version and I use Studio One with presonusphere membership. I received an update notification on the application but could not update it. The program gives an error when the download starts. How can i solve the problem?

Hi.  Go to the website and download directly from your account. It should be in my products under software, I believe.  (Caveat - I do not use Sphere, I own perpetual licences for my products.)  You can use the website to download the current build or previous builds though, so that should hopefully sort out your issue with the update.  Cheers, Jake.
