Question

So i just bought an Audiobox USB 96, and when i plug it into my computer, it continuously connects and reconnects to my PC, only appearing for split seconds at a time. I scoured the fourms here and there is NO response from ANY staff on this issue. PLEASE IF ANYONE ELSE HAS ENCOUNTERED THIS ISSUE AND HAS A SOLUTION PLEASE POST IT! THANK YOU!

I've tried the fixes from these posts:

Ho acquistato pochi giorni fa presonus audio box USB 96 anniversary l'ho configurata e fin qui tutto bene,dopo provo a toccare i knob è prendo una piccola scossa cosa potrebbe essere e cosa posso fare?
Poi ho provato a muovere il volume dei miei monitor e mi è nuovamente successo,allora ho provato a togliere la scheda audio e usare la configurazione che avevo prima di acquistare la nuova scheda è il problema nn compare nn vorrei che ci fosse qualche difetto di fabbricazione della scheda .
PS . Io lavoro con un portatile . Aspetto una vostra risposta grazie.
