I have a new desk top 5days old has thunderbolt 3 connection also bought quantum 2626 downloaded items requested when I plugged in cable you can hear it but usb pops up and gives info so will not recognize interface I took 1 cord back and got another apple 0.8 which still dosent work. You guys are gurus this may be something Im missing not sure . Any help is appreciated.
