waves abbey road studio 3 not loading in studio one 5 after update

The plugin was working fine before the latest SO ver 5 update.

Note: the plugin is working fine in SO 4 so I think it was the ver 5 update.

I have trouble tickets in both companies.   I tried reinstalling and re-scanning.
