Hello, I wanted to report a failure with the presonus studio live 32sc, when I turn on the computer and select presonus studio live as the audio interface the computer restarts, it usually happens every time I turn on the computer, what I do is before selecting it as the interface I disconnect the usb and I reconnect it, I already took the laptop to apple technical service and they confirmed that the problem is a software problem, a possible failure with Big Sur and the studio live 32sc and I would like to know if you can repair this failure , Thank you
