Question

We have a 32r which previously worked in this respect however for a good long while we can't seem to get metering to work in UC.  It works on other computers, ipads, etc. just fine.  So my main question is... how do I completely obliterate UC so I can reinstall it clean without formatting the mac?

I just solved this exact problem in MacOS Ventura 13.0.1 by going to System Settings>Login Items>Allow in the Background> and sliding the switch to on allowing PreSonus Software Limited to run items in the background. It's a security setting that must be enabled (apparently) to monitor levels in the Universal Control application. Not to be confused with Apple's Universal Control accessibility features. Ugh.
