Melodyne is not work

Hello, I can't open the melodyne because I have a message "if you have already claimed a Melodyne key in the past, you will need to log into your Celemony account to access your product. Otherwise please contact Tecnical Support. I have the latest version Studio one.

Sounds like you need to contact Celemony.  Nothing we (your peers) or the good folks at PreSonus can do about your license keys for a 3rd party product.
