Question

I've been having sound drop outs for part of a second every few minutes using my NSB 16.8 Stagebox.  Stage box is being used with a series 3 StudioLive 16.  This happens both when using as a practice console and when recording with StudioOne.  The problem doesn't occur when mics and instruments are plugged direct to the board, so hopefully it's not something I'm not seeing with the board.  Both are plugged into a high quality power conditioner.  Tried changing the network cable in between them.  Updated Universal Control, along with the board and stage box firmware.  No idea what to try next.

Ive been having the same issue. Basically every couple minuets anything connected to the stage box drops out for like a second then comes back. I even isolated it to make sure it wasnt the board, just the stage box. I had to semd it back to get it repaired. Hopefully they can fix it quickly and get it back to me.
