Question

I 've Dell G5 laptop with thunderbolt 3 - i'm using windows 10 64x - so i bought apple converters that is recommended by presonus to connect the mixer , and my laptop can recognize the mixer when connected , but Universal Control cannot do that , i tried more than version from UC , but the same problem
Every time, i uninstall the one i use to install another version , but the same problem exists
