Good Afternoon,
I am attempting to download the new Emily Wolfe Ampire Presets, however when I select the download option I am told I need to purchase Studio One Artist or Professional. I am logged into my Presonus account when attempting this and seem to be going in circles of logging in and then being told to obtain the program. I am a current Sphere user with an active membership.
Please assist
