Hello,

In Studio One 3 i can't see the names of the midi devices in the external devices setup. In Studio V2, as well as other DAW's like Logic I can see the name of the device and the port number. For instance 'AMT port 8' or 'icon controls Port 1'. In Studio one 3, I only see 'port 8' and 'port 1 1'. This is very confusing when using multiple interfaces, you have to guess which one is device 1, 2 etc. Is this a bug or is it something that I can change in a setting?

Used midi interfaces: Emagic AMT8, Unitor 8, RME Fireface800, Arturia beatstep pro, Icon iControls etc

Did you manage to solve the problem?

I am encountering the same problem on version 3. I cannot get any signal out at the moment. Maybe we can put our heads together and work it out?

NO, Presonus said they will look inot it. But we are not at version 3.3 and this issue is still not solved. But your problem is different. All midi works fine here, it just does not show the device names.
