update the firmware of your device????

Hello I need your help. When I start my Universal Control App, I always get the error message 'update the firmware of your device, the range of functions is not available'. I have updated the Surface/Tablet, Universal Control app, Welan Router, Studio3 Rack to the latest version. The error message is still displayed. What's the mistake?

Try to upgrade the studiolive firmware.
