Hi everyone, I have some problem with Prophet V2 plugin of Arturia, clipping and dropping out...

With my internal card there isn't that problem, so I want update the firmware and drivers of my AudioBox 44VSL... how can I do that? Which is the corret way? Thanks so much...

The 44 VSL does not have any firmware updates.

However you can find the latest drivers here:

http://www.presonus.com/products/AudioBox-44VSL/downloads

If you are using Windows 7+ or OSX 10.8.5-10.10.5 you want to use the v1.3 driver.
