Ive Updated the Firmware to 1.3.8 and still doesn't work.

The FaderPort ships with 1.3.8 firmware already installed. If you downgraded the firmware to an older version like 1.3.5 or older, it will render the Fader inoperable. You'll need to reload the firmware again. If you think you've already reloaded it, read this article to learn more about this issue.
