I have been trying and TRYING to stream with my electric guitar so I can chat live with people and play at the same time, but I have been having no luck. My viewers can't hear any of the plugins I am using on the Inserts or the Amplitube plugin I am using for my guitar.

If you have an Interface that has Loopback function , or a Small mixer that you can use as Audio input to the Stream , Then Select the Master out of Studio One to the Interface from the interface to the mixer ( You can use the Mic in the Mixer as well ) and assign the Stream Software to your computers Line Input , run the Mixer master out to the Line input of your computer .

I second the interface with loopback BUT that = $$$... try to use something like soundflower to route audio output (OS X).

On windows you can try virtual audio cable:

Then route that output to your streaming software.

If you have wirecast for streaming live, it includes a virtual audio capture driver.
