Question

RM32 shows that it is connected to my home WiFi network.  Seems to be getting a valid IP through DHCP.  UC AI shows the RM32 but never connects to it.  My home network does have a firewall router, so suspect that perhaps the ports that UC AI uses to establish the connection with the RM32 are being blocked by the firewall.  What ports and protocols does UC AI need open to connect to the RM32?

Don't know for sure, but if you do not have the RM32 connected to the network I remember reading that the RM32 comes with a username:Studiolive and a password:Studiolive.  You may have to get into the wireless network of the RM32 and change the username and passord to match your home system.  Hope that helps.  Dan
