Hi.  Just purchased Presonus Audiobox USB and having issues getting sound to come out of both my speakers.  I have Windows 7 64 Bit and downloaded the most updated drivers for Presonus.  I just bought it.  Here's more details:

So I know my speakers work fine.  When plugging them directly into my computer, I get sound to come out of both no problem.  When plugged into my Presonus, I hear sound out of 1 and cranking the volume up all the way lets me hear a very faint sound from my other speaker if I put my ear up to it.  I have the cord running from my Main Out L and R into my L and R on my 1 speaker and an aux cable connecting the speakers.  When I swap the L and R on my Presonus Main Out, the problem switches to the other speaker.  I have tried all kinds of settings and I am not sure what is going on.  I've watched a bunch of videos and read articles with no luck.  I feel like there is just some stupid setting I am missing or do you think there is something wrong with the Presonus Audiobox?  Thanks!!

Sounds like one of the Main Output connections is faulty.

Connect headphones to the Main Out Right and then to the Main Out Left.  You will only hear audio from one side of the headphones but this is a good test for the Main Outputs on the AudioBox.

If you only hear audio from one Main Out connection, then assume the other is faulty.

Have your AudioBox exchanged from your store or contact PreSonus for repairs.
