Sorry to hear about the recent issues you have been experiencing.
Two issues I can see going on with this.
1. That Neewer NW-U30 has the same features as a computers built in audio I/O. And does not have an ASIO driver. An ASIO driver provides a low-latency and high fidelity interface between a software application and a computer's sound card. Really is a must for working with a DAW.
However, please try going to Windows Sound Control Panel, and set the Neweer as the Default Playback and Recording device. Then open Studio One and try to set the device in Options > Audio Setup.
Issue 2
Once you get the audio interface working, a thing to note is, condenser microphones require Phantom Power. Phantom Power is electric power transmitted through microphone cables to operate microphones that contain active electronic circuitry. You would need XLR to XLR cables from a condenser mic to a XLR input for this to work. That audio interface only has 1/8th inch inputs.
The answers system here is best for more straight forward issues, so please create a support ticket to discuss this in better detail.
